  • No Minimum Order.
  • Orders will typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
  • If express shipment is necessary, orders can be split to meet date requirements and/or to save on shipping costs.
  • Backorders are shipped automatically.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at time of shipment will be applied unless a valid quotation is in effect.
  • Quotations are valid for 60 days from quote date unless otherwise stated.
  • Sales tax will be added for shipments to CA, PA, MD, IN, and OK.
  • If tax exempt, a tax exemption certificate must be on file with our company prior to purchase.
  • Any deferred delivery request by customer shall be subject to Inmark Packaging's approval. If such approval is given, Inmark shall have the right to charge buyer for the completed portion of the order and to warehouse all completed goods at customer's expense and risk of loss.


  • Standard ground freight will be prepaid and added to all invoices unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  • A fee of $3.00 will be added for each additional “ship to” address after first location.
  • All orders are shipped FOB Bulger, PA 15019.
  • Insurance is added to each order over $100.00.
  • Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Inmark.
  • The customer needs to contact us within 5 days of receipt of shipment to report any damage.  Inmark will then file a claim with the carrier.
  • Please save all boxes and packing material and provide a detailed description of the damage.
  • All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt of order.
  • All freight charges are subject to dimensional/ oversize carrier weight regulations.
  • Addresses determined by carrier as residential are subject to residential delivery rates.


  • Standard terms are Net 30 days from invoice date.
  • Net terms are available with approved credit. Allow 5-7 days for processing of credit applications.
  • Inmark reserves the right to deny credit to any purchaser at its discretion.
  • A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be added to all past due invoices.
  • No shipments will be made to any past due accounts.
  • We accept VISA and MasterCard.
  • A $25.00 return check fee will be assessed for any checks returned.


  • Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt and must be in good condition.
  • If an order exceeds $2,000.00 or if items are customized for the customer, an additional fee will be added for order cancellations, changes, or returns.
  • This fee is at the discretion of Inmark Packaging and will be determined based on the progress of the order.
  • Customer shall reimburse Inmark Packaging for all costs and expenditures made or committed to be made up to the date of receipt of customer’s written notice of the change or cancellation.
  • All returns require the Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). Before making a return, please call for the RMA #.
  • The RMA# must be printed clearly on outside box.

  • All returns must be sent freight Prepaid unless other arrangements have been made.
  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the returned merchandise.
